The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years experience in planning, design an optimization of GSM networks
• Strong RF knowledge and well versed with wireless telecommunication technology: GSM/ GPRS networks, CDMA, WCDMA etc
• Relevant work experience in a substantial cellular network environment within GSM ration network planning, e.g. Macro-, Micro- and In-building coverage planning
• Ability to work under extreme pressure with tight timeframes
• Self-motivated, diligent and responsible

For this opportunity you must be fluent in Russian and can converse in English.
